Is the Lost Mary BM6000 refillable?

Not with your own e-liquid. It is a closed prefilled system: the 10ml container refills the 2ml pod automatically, and when both are empty you fit a new sealed refill pod.

Can I switch flavours before the 10ml is finished?

Yes. Each refill pod pack includes a small rubber bung, so you can reseal a part-used container, store it in its box and swap back later. The container needs a firm slide to remove from the battery section, so expect a little resistance.
