I placed an order with Vape online store for the first time. I had previously ordered from two other shops, and everything went exactly according to plan. I placed and paid for an order totaling £46.97. Afterward, I received a call stating that they didn't have all the items in stock and would issue a refund for the missing ones. In the end, I received goods worth only £20. They simply failed to send the items worth the remaining £26.97! They haven't refunded the money. Customer support doesn't answer calls. They don't respond to written inquiries either—they just send promotional emails. The chatbot gives useless answers. I do not recommend Vape online store to anyone; save your money and stay away from them.
