The item I ordered was no longer in stock, got a phonecall from a guy letting me know and that they could send a newer version. Also sent a few free items. Delivery was extremely quick. I would 100% order again.

I purchased an item that the vendor knew was out of stock at the time of purchase. Over 24 hours after ordering I received a text, after end of business, informing me it was out of stock. I requested a refund, I had to chase about it after over a full day of no response. I received a simple thumbs up. Two days later I received another text from a different number asking if I want the order sent to me minus the out of stock item without mention of a refund. Before I could respond the order was sent to me, when I contacted them I was informed I have to send back the order for any compensation however this was yet again over a day after I contacted them.
I have informed them that I just want the situation resolved and once again requested a refund for the out of stock item, that has not been responded to even after chasing yet again after 12 hours.
Utterly terrible communication, ignoring refund requests, and selling items known not to be in stock.

I like that it doesn’t look overly stylised—just simple and grown-up. Switching between pods is seamless, and the tobacco flavour feels rich without being sickly.
Trying to stay off the sweet shop flavours and this one’s ideal. It’s fruity but fresh, and the ice helps me avoid that heavy, sugary feeling. Great for cutting back.

I have been using the site for some months now and on my previous order managed to order the wrong item. I emailed asking if it was possible to exchange the products, I got an email back withing 24 hrs saying no problem send the items back and we will get it sorted. The entire process was made so easy from start to finish.

First order was here the next day, all vapes as they should be and ordered the mixed box and had a good mix ( was worried would get all stock hard to sell ) but was a great mix. Second order my bank stopped the payment which cause the payment to go missing, the guys where great and found exactly where the payment was and sorted the order. Not even the bank could help this much and pretty much said nothing can be done. Great service and will definitely continue to buy.
