Changed your mind? No problem. You may return products to VapeOnlineStore.co.uk under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
- Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery (online customers only).
- Each return must include all parts, accessories, and instructions.
- Products with broken seals, opened blister packs, or damaged packaging cannot be refunded.
- Postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- For high-value items, we recommend Royal Mail or DPD Signed Delivery for insurance cover.
- Returned goods remain your responsibility until signed for at our return address.
