Vaporesso GTX GO 80 Kit

A pen-style tube kit with proper output behind it. The Vaporesso GTX GO 80 pairs a 3000mAh internal battery with an 80W ceiling, a 5ml magnetic GTX POD 26, and the full GTX coil range — from 0.2Ω sub-ohm mesh through to 1.2Ω MTL, plus an RBA option if you want to go further. One button, tri-colour battery indicator, USB-C charging. No screen, no menus. Output tracks voltage relative to coil resistance — plug in a coil, fire.

The GTX 0.2Ω mesh coil ships in the box. Simple, capable, no fuss about it.

Build

Zinc alloy chassis, 26mm diameter, 133.2mm tall. Pen form factor done properly — the width is enough to feel stable in hand without being bulky. Grip is comfortable throughout a session. Available in multiple colours, all with the same smooth finish.
Single fire button on the face — five clicks on/off, one click to fire. Tri-colour LED shows battery level: green for healthy, blue for mid, red for low. No OLED, no wattage display. The simplicity is intentional — there's nothing to adjust except airflow.

Pod connection is magnetic. Press the GTX POD 26 in and it clicks, pull it straight off when swapping coils or filling. Airflow ring sits at the base of the pod — dual slotted, adjustable. Open it wide for DTL, restrict it for RDL. No MTL setting on this one — this is a higher-output kit.

Output and Firing

The GTX GO 80 runs in what's effectively bypass mode — output voltage tracks the battery charge rather than a fixed regulated wattage. At full charge with the 0.2Ω coil it pushes close to 80W. As the battery discharges, output tapers naturally. The practical effect is a slightly warmer, harder first draw that mellows through the day — something experienced sub-ohm vapers are used to from unregulated setups.

Firing is instant. No chipset calculation delay, no ramp time. Button to vapour is effectively immediate with the 0.2Ω mesh coil.

GTX Coil Compatibility

The GTX GO 80 is compatible with the full GTX coil series — seven options plus an RBA deck. The 0.2Ω is the one in the box, but swapping opens up the range considerably:

0.2Ω GTX Mesh — 45–60W. Included. Wide open DTL, large vapour production, warm draw. High-VG liquid at 3mg or 6mg freebase.
0.3Ω GTX Mesh — 32–40W. Slightly more restrained than the 0.2Ω. Still DTL. A good middle option if the 0.2Ω runs too hot for your preference.
0.6Ω GTX Mesh — 20–30W. Opens up RDL territory on the GO 80. Easier on the battery, cooler draw. Works with 50/50 or 70/30 liquid at 3–6mg.
0.8Ω GTX Mesh — 12–25W. Restricted RDL on the GO 80. The draw tightens up considerably at this resistance. Works with 50/50 and lower-strength nic salt.
1.2Ω GTX Mesh — 8–15W. MTL option. Quiet, low-wattage draw. Nic salt at 10–20mg in 50/50 suits this well.
GTX RBA. Sold separately. Rebuild your own coils in the same pod system if that's your thing.

Battery and Charging

3000mAh. Running the 0.2Ω coil at full output, a day of regular use is realistic — possibly less for heavy chain vapers. Drop to a higher resistance coil and the battery runtime extends considerably. The 0.6Ω at RDL wattages can push that to two days or more.

Charges via USB-C at 5V/2A — fast enough that a lunch break top-up adds meaningful runtime. The LED gives you a clear colour read on remaining charge without needing to check a screen.

Filling

Top-fill via a snap cap on the pod. Lift the silicone top cap — there are dual fill ports underneath, making filling quick and clean without needing to position the bottle precisely. Replace the cap when done. SSS leak-resistant technology inside the pod handles the rest — sealed chamber, proper saturation before firing, sealed storage position.
