My pod is leaking, what should I do?

The older side-fill Novo pods are prone to leaking. Switch to the top-fill mesh Novo pods, which seal better and spit far less. Also avoid overfilling and prime the pod before first use.

Why is my first puff burnt?

The coil was not primed. After filling a new pod, wait a few minutes before vaping so the e-liquid soaks into the mesh coil. This prevents a dry, burnt first puff.

Can I set the wattage myself?

Yes. The chip auto-detects the pod and sets the power, but you can adjust it manually up to 30W by clicking the button three times, then pressing to change the wattage.

How long does the battery last?
